Do I need to be a member to play?
No. Anyone can book a court and come down to play.
Membership simply offers a few extra perks such as earlier booking access, priority for events, and invitations to community socials. Please enquire for membership.
How do I book a court?
Courts can be booked through the Padel Mates app.
Just download the app, create an account, and search for House of Racquet to see available courts and times.
How long can I book a court for?
Court bookings are available in 60-minute or 2-hour sessions, depending on how long you’d like to play.
How many players are on a court?
Padel is played in doubles, meaning four players per court.
If you don’t have four players, you can create or join open matches through the booking app- a great way to meet new people at the club.
I’ve never played padel before. Can I still come as a beginner?
Absolutely! In fact, many people playing at House of Racquet are trying padel for the first time.
It’s one of the easiest racquet sports to pick up, and we regularly run intro sessions, beginner socials and coaching clinics to help you get started.
Do you offer coaching?
Yes. We offer private lessons, group clinics and social coaching sessions with our professional coaches.
Whether you’re brand new or looking to sharpen your game, there’s something for everyone. You can book via the app, or enquire in the club.
Do I need my own racquet?
You’re welcome to bring your own, or racquets are available to rent at the club. Padel balls are also available to purchase via the app or in the club.
What should I wear to play?
Comfortable sportswear and tennis or padel trainers work best.

Can beginners join social sessions?
Yes - absolutely. Many of our socials are designed specifically for players who want to meet new people, rotate matches and build confidence on court.
Can I visit the clubhouse without playing padel?
Yes! The clubhouse café and bar is open to everyone - whether you’re playing or just passing by.
Are children welcome?
Yes, of course. Families are very welcome.
Children and minors must be supervised by an adult at all times while on site. We also have baby changing facilities available in the clubhouse.
